FULL CREAM MILK POWDER
Produced by condensing fresh normalized pasteurized milk, followed by drying. Dry milk solids weight ratio is not less than 96%, protein mass fraction in the dry skimmed milk solids is not less than 34%, and the mass fraction of fat is not less than 26%.
SKIMMED MILK POWDER
Produced by condensing fresh skimmed pasteurized milk, followed by drying. Dry milk solids weight ratio is not less than 95%, protein mass fraction in the dry skimmed milk solids is not less than 34%, and the mass fraction of fat is not more than 1,5%.
Produced by continuous churning of pasteurized cream or by the method of conversion of high-fat cream, obtained by separation of fresh pasteurized cow milk. Fat mass fraction is not less than 82%.
We offer semi-hard Gouda, Edam cheese, hard pressed rennet Cheddar and Rossyiskiy cheese with 45 - 50% of fat in the dry matter, «Yantar» processed cheese with 60% of fat in dry matter, other types of cheese according to customer’s specification.
